1. What are the computer requirements for taking a course over the web?
Minimum System Requirement for Courseware:

     •   Pentium 200 or equivalent processor (266MHz recommended)
     •   Microsoft Windows 98, NT 4.0sP6 or Windows 2000 Operating System
     •   64 MB RAM (32 MB available)
     •   800 x 600 Screen Resolution
     •   Netscape 4.5 to 4.75 only, Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or later browser.
     •   128Kbps ISDN (corporate network, DSL or cable modem recommended)
     •   Component Software (Plug-ins):
            Flash 5/Shockwave 8
            RealPlayer 8
     •   Optional (Required for Audio):
            16 bit Sound Card
            Speakers

Please note that these courses are designed for use on a mid- to high-speed Internet connection, and access over an analog modem is not currently recommended. If you need help installing the component software, please see your Systems Administrator or call us at 1-888-581-4793.

2. Do I have to take a course in one session?
No. There is a book-marking feature within the course that will automatically save your location upon exiting the session so that you can resume where you left off.

3. How long does it take to complete a course?
Courses typically average 20-40 minutes in length.
