Bruce Campbell Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Bruce Campbell, has more than 20 years
experience in high growth, national business operations including Braniff,
Hilton, Western Union, Oncor Communications and PopMail.com. Mr. Campbell's
management background includes three highly successful business start-ups.
Mr. Campbell incorporated NetCertification in March 1999, which was acquired
by Aegis in 2001. In April of 2002, Aegis and NetCertification marked the merger
with a new company name, Edgia, Inc. Mr. Campbell contributes over 20 years experience in high growth, national business operations and marketing to
NetCertification. He was involved in three highly successful business start-ups,
which includes being a principal member of the management team that led the hyper-growth of International Telecharge (ITI). ITI generated revenue of over
$350 million in less than 18 months and was named by Forbes magazine as the
fastest growing public company in Texas for two consecutive years. Prior to joining
NetCertification, Inc., Mr. Campbell served as President and C.O.O. of
PopMail.com, an Internet company providing web based e-mail and permission
based marketing to the radio industry.

Jon Phillips
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Jon Phillips is an experienced
and accomplished executive in the web-based training industry.
Prior to joining the Company, he was the Director of Product
Development of Course Technology, a division of Thompson
Learning, one of the industry's largest information technology
computer-based training companies. Responsible for over
one hundred web-based training courses in 1999, he positioned
Course Technology as one of the front-runners in IT skills
online training.
From 1994-1996, Mr. Phillips served as regional Business Development Manager
and National Sales Consultant and product strategist at Macmillan Computer
Publishing, a developer of educational software products. He joined the
management team of a start-up division at Macmillan Computer Publishing,
named Que Education and Training. Mr. Phillips jointly led the division's
successful launch into the distance-Learning marketplace with several
first-to-market technology products.

Jeff Crabtree
VP Sales and Marketing
Mr. Jeff Crabtree, has more than 25 years experience
in sales and marketing with over 6 years experience working for Internet
companies. He has full knowledge and hands-on experience with advertising
and marketing. He has focused the last three years on the marketing of
services delivered via the Internet.
Mr. Crabtree developed the sales and marketing plan for an Internet start-up
that became the largest network of Internet enabled radio stations in the
country. Mr. Crabtree's two most recent, and highly successful, Internet-
based sales department startups were for Landmark Communications' Internet
Division & Popmail.com.

Stan Shinn
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Stan Shinn, has more than 15 years experience in
the technical sector, including 6 years experience designing, implementing and
managing high-end eCommerce systems for Fortune 500 companies including EDS,
Sprint, MCI, Alcatel, Goldman Sachs, Alliance Data Systems and Putnam Investments.
Mr. Shinn was instrumental in developing the ContextWISETM
web development methodology, proposed by industry leader
Rational Software as an industry standard web development
process.
